About Us
Non Gamstop Casinos is an independent research site for UK adults who want to understand casinos not on GamStop before they sign up anywhere. We review new casinos not on GamStop, explain bonus terms, payments and withdrawals, and set out the protections you give up or keep when you choose an overseas-licensed operator. This page explains who we write for, how we work and where our limits are.
What we do and who we write for
Our readers are adults aged 18 and over, mostly in the UK, who are comparing online casinos and want plain answers. You may know a lot about gambling or very little. We assume neither. Where a term such as wagering requirement or source-of-funds check matters, we explain it in ordinary language.
Our coverage includes:
- casino features, software providers, slots, live dealer games, blackjack, roulette and baccarat
- welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards, with the conditions beside them
- payments in pounds sterling, currency conversion, fees, withdrawal limits and processing times
- sports and esports betting, including how decimal odds, accumulators and cash-out work
- complaints routes, self-exclusion, deposit and loss limits, and where to get help
Our main list is on our reviewed non GamStop casino sites. If something on this page leaves a question open, you can reach us through our contact page.
Commercial disclosure
Non Gamstop Casinos may earn a commission if you follow a link to a casino and register. That income pays for the site. Commission does not buy a place in our rankings, and a casino cannot pay to have a weakness left out. The publisher supplies the casino selection and top list, and we write our assessments of the operators on it.
What GamStop is, and what "not on GamStop" means
GamStop is the national self-exclusion scheme for online gambling in Great Britain. Sites licensed by the UK Gambling Commission must check their customers against it. A casino not on GamStop does not take part in that scheme, which usually means it holds a licence from another jurisdiction, often Curaçao. Such an operator may accept British players, but that is not the same as being authorised by the UK Gambling Commission to serve them.
The consequences are practical:
- A GamStop registration will not block your access to these sites.
- UK Gambling Commission rules on advertising, affordability and dispute handling may not apply.
- Complaints usually go to the operator first, and then to whatever body its overseas licence provides, which can be slower and less certain.
If you have registered with GamStop to take a break, using a casino outside the scheme works against that decision. Please read our responsible gambling guidance before going further.
How we research and rank casinos
We have no testing evidence to offer. We have not deposited, played or withdrawn, and we do not claim to have. Our reviews are desk research, checked against the information available on the date shown at the top of the page. The latest fact-check date for this page is 30 September 2026.
When we assess an operator we look at:
- Licensing and ownership: which licence it says it holds, who appears to run it, and whether that can be verified.
- Bonus terms: wagering requirements, game contribution, maximum bet while a bonus is active, expiry dates and cashout caps.
- Payments: whether pounds sterling accounts are offered, which methods are listed for British customers, fees and conversion costs.
- Withdrawals: stated limits, processing times and identity verification rules.
- Game range: slots, live dealer tables and sports betting where offered.
- Support and complaints: how you can contact the casino and what happens if a dispute arises.
- Safer gambling tools: deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion.
We separate three kinds of information: what we could confirm, what the casino advertises, and what remains unresolved. Advertised bonus figures and editorial ratings are not customer-review scores. Ratings are our own editorial judgement.
A note on the casinos we list
The list currently features Betmica, Kikibet, Betninja, WinnerIsland, Zombillion, Smash Casino, Nightluck, CoinPoker, Rivo and Daytonaspin. Headline offers are marketing. Some are quoted in euros or dollars rather than pounds, so currency conversion can affect what you actually receive and pay. Large percentage bonuses generally come with high wagering requirements, caps on winnings and limits on stake size. A big headline figure is not a sign of better value.
No casino here is risk-free, and we never describe one as completely safe. We cannot guarantee that any withdrawal will be paid or that you will win. Always read the casino's own terms and check payment options and withdrawal rules for UK customers yourself, rather than assuming they work.
What we will not do
- We will not present gambling as a way to earn money or solve financial problems.
- We will not invent licences, payment methods or testing results.
- We will not target anyone under 18. Gambling is illegal for under-18s in Great Britain.
Where to get support
If gambling is causing you harm, free and confidential help is available. GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. You can also join or renew GamStop, use gambling blocking software, and set deposit and loss limits on any account you hold. Our responsible gambling page covers these options in more detail, and our terms and conditions set out how this site may be used.
If you spot an error, tell us through the contact page. We would rather correct it than leave it.
